The UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK-GDPR) is in force as of 24th May 2018.
Purchased membership cards are anonymous unless you register them - see Register your Card above.
When you register your card only your email address is retained. By registering your card you are consenting to our holding your email address and communicating with you in that manner.
If you register you membership card, we will, in due course, ask you to Gift Aid your membership donation (purchase). We will request your name and address for this purpose. The latter will only be retained until our submission to HMRC has been completed, and will only be used for that purpose. Your name and address will be deleted directly afterwards.
Your information will never be passed to third parties.
Any details we hold on you will be deleted on explicit termination of your membership by you using your registered email address, or no more than one year after your membership expires.
