It is with great pleasure that we invite you to the second Friends’ Summer Gathering to be held in the Garden on Saturday 12th August between 4pm and 9pm. This will bring together Friends, families and their guests and the evening will be accompanied by a variety of live music ranging from classical to blues. There will be food to suit all tastes including vegetarian options, but the centrepiece will be a hog roast. Following feedback from last year, the event is priced at £7 per adult with children attending free. Payment can be in advance, or on the evening**. Booking is essential*. You should bring a picnic rug and some chairs; everything else will be provided, including shelter from the elements if needed, but do BYOB. This event is entirely informal and a large attendance is both the main purpose and major pleasure of this event and we hope you will use this opportunity to meet and mix with your fellow members.
